Where to put them

• Place inside the vacuum bag (for bagged vacuums), or
• Near the air filter / dust compartment (for bagless models).
  Different products recommend slightly different spots, but the general principle is to let airflow carry the scent.  

Tips

• Handle with clean hands — they’re often saturated with fragrance oils when new.  
• Don’t place them where they’ll directly touch dirt or wet debris.
• Replace when the scent fades (often after several uses).

Product Safety Hazards

• Keep away from children and pets. They may contain fragrance oils that could irritate if ingested or handled.  
• Wash hands after handling — fragrance oils may cause skin irritation.  
• Avoid eye contact. If fragrance oil gets in eyes, rinse thoroughly.
• Do not place discs on painted, varnished, or sensitive surfaces — oils can stain or damage finishes.  

Vacuum & Filter Considerations

• Always check your vacuum’s warranty and manual before using scented discs. Some manufacturers may advise against adding anything that could contact the airflow path outside recommended parts.  
• Ensure the filter/bag is clean and properly fitted — adding a scented disc won’t prevent clogs or filter issues.  
• Be cautious with bagless vacuums: avoid placing discs in the main dust compartment, where they could interfere with suction or get stuck in mechanisms (experienced vacuumers note that placement just before the exhaust filter often works best).  

 Not a Cleaning Product

• These discs don’t replace cleaning or deodorizing your vacuum’s parts, and are more like a fragrance booster — not a solution for filter issues or odors from mold/dirt buildup.
